Default need help removing backseat

i just got the fatmat rattle trap sound deadner and i'm not sure how to remove the backseat. any info would be great. i'm planning on installing it in the whole car to quiet it down a bit.
also how do i remove the door panels and the trunk side quarter panel?
basicly i'm gonna strip out the whole interior and put 1 or 2 layer of that sound deadner
thanx in advance for any info being provided

From an old thread:
Removing rear seat help?

1. Fold the seats down
2. Locate and remove the 4 bolts in the lower corners of each half of the rear seats - this removes the tops of the seats. (** the larger half is tethered via seat belt so unless you want to remove the seat belt, this will not be coming out - I just put mine in the cargo area)
3. Open the 3 tabs in the plastic tray and remove the 3 bolts there
4. Remove the 4 bolts for the bar along the rear seat
5. Push/twist/slide/unhook the little stiff tether towards the middle of the seat cushion holding it to the rear bar
6. Remove the 2 rear bolts for the tray frame by *gently* lifting up the cushions to access the bolts.

At this point you have bare floor/carpet. To pull the tray off the frame, there are 5 light/small bolts you can just take off. If you wish to seperate the cusion from the tray, simply push in the tabs on the 2 clips holding the cushion to the frame.
is your friend.

thanx cionide it made the job so much easier knowing what to remove.
got it done today, the trunk, hatch, wheel arch and rear seat area just haven't done the doors and the front yet maybe next week.
removing everything is sooo simple everything is pretty much held in by clips but the only hard part is sticking the fatmat on because it's super sticky kinda like those tar for roofs. you gotta cut smaller pieces and take your sweet time. overall it took me 4hrs to remove everthing and put it back together except the back seats.
i just did one layer and it made a big big difference. all the echos from the exhaust in the hatch area is gone and the exhaust sound got more quiet. defenitly something i would recommend if someone have a loud exhaust or just want the interior to be more quiet.

thanx again cionide you're always a great help

hey cionide wanna ask you a question.
when i removed all the trunk covers out there's 1 retangular opening under the taillights on each side. it seem to be for air circulation and i've notice that most of the exhaust sounds is coming through that opening so i've covered it up w/2 layer of sound deadnen. do you think by covering those 2 openings would cause any sorts of problem?

Supposedly vent holes are supposed to help relieve the pressure of the airbags deploying...
