i redid my tails yesterday got sick of not being able to see when backing up lol masked off the reverse light sprayed then wetsanded and polished for your viewing pleasure

 

Can you get a pic of how bright they are at night?

yeah i just put them on so ill take some pics later.. all the lights are clearly visible in the day so im sure they will be bright enough at night but ill try n snap a few tonight after work

nah cops are cool about em as long as brakes and turns are visibible from 150 ft ur golden.. iva had cops on my a$$ many times when they were all black and darker than that.. never been pulled over for em.. whats the worst? they tell me they are to dark and give me a fix it ticket?.. thanks for ur concern tho lol.. i should be fine.. i think u were the same dude bitc hing about loud exhausts in a thread awhile ago.. haha whats ur deal whos side are u on anyways haha jk

I like your idea. I just smoked mine last night and ran into the dim reverse light thing tonight after work, time to go get more spray and try again.

Thats a good idea too. When you wet sanded yours how did you go about doing it? Also what did you use after wet sanding?

 

wet sanded from 1500 - 3500 then polished with some 3m swirl mark remover then meguires plastx.. for more orange peeled i would have started with a more abrasive grit like 800-1000.. just remember when wetsanding dont push hard and always keep the surface and sandpaper wet.. use windex cleaner instead of water for wetsanding just let the paper glide over the surface until its nice and smooth but watch out on edges an corners.. make sure to wetsand in a well lit area so u can see what ur doing
