Default LED Dilema

So I was installing some LEDs on my gauges and everything was going fine. I installed all the LEDs on my gauges and they were working perfectly. I then moved onto my HVAC. I desoldered the LCD and installed all my LEDs. I then upgraded the resistors. I went and tested it in my car and everything was working. I then went and resoldered the LCD and went back to test it. The LCD on my HVAC is lit up and working and the odometer LCD on my gauges is lit up and working.

Here’s my problem….
As soon as I turn on my headlights both screens go out. The LEDs on my gauges and HVAC don’t light up. Not sure what it is. Could I have blown a fuse?

Any suggestions would be helpful.
