Car must of felt frisky today
I got on it at the stop light today.......mind you it is an automatic.......spun them in 1st and also through second......it has never been able to do this on dry pavement before.....was kinda nice to get them to break loos the Nittos for a change....still wish my wife would of gotten the stick.......Grrrrrrrr
Any one else been able to break loose like that in an automatic on dry ground.?????I know a stick can do it all day long.....

8000 mile on them......i think it must be they were cold and i got in the right power area to keep them spinning through second....was funny to see the guage saying I was going about 68mph and you could jog beside the car.....
In my auto if I held the brake and the gas together and let off the brakes/mashed it it would spin SOME in first. But all of first and some 2nd is unheard of.
Maybe you hit a little ice or something?
In the wet my auto would rip 1st and 2nd only. You did in the dry what the auto barely does in the rain, haha.

yeah I wonder if the road had some frost on it........thinking that is about it...it was cold this morning.....about 10:30.....over cast......typical Washington weather....lol
It was a trip for sure....as I had never gotten second to spin them to 3rd gear before.

cold road conditions probably...thats why race car drivers will warm up their tires/pavement by slowly swerving back and forth on the track before they begin their laps. it warms up the slick tires and gets a bit more grip...
^X2 we are easily amused when our little autos do something cool. Doesn't happen alot.
Not to sound rice or put you down but i can do this alot. Its really easy for me...
Only due to the fact that i'm at 25k miles and still riding my potenza's lol. Crappiest tires i've ever seen.
Congrats on breaking the nitto's loose, make us proud man!
