i had a problem like this except it was on the driver side, i think it was the sway bar bushings, so i replaced it with the hotchkis set, and it went away!

possibly either sway bar bushings, or it could be that one of your springs isn't seated right on the strut which can cause some noise.

has it been doing it since you lowered it or did it just start? and did you do it yourself or have it done at a shop?

the only thing I can think of (within my knowledge which is quite limited) would be if you didnt buy the htechs from Tein/Tein licensed dealer

ebay is notorious for fake Teins

its prob not seated right.
just take off whichever wheel the noise is coming from and look to make sure that everything is seated and lined up correctly.

if you had it done at a shop, then take it back there and demand that they fix it because there shouldnt be irregular noises.

The same thing is hapening to me but I hear it on the back wheels when I go slow on da speed bumps. They sound old or something. I took it to da dealer to get it fix and they said it was my shocks being loose . Supposely they adjust everything and put it back into place, but that same day once they fixed it I went over a bump and the noise is still there. I'm about to take it to another dealer because theres a lot of speed bumps here and it makes my car sound bad.
