the fitment wasnt to tight on the on the headers n downpipe. anyone else have a problem like this with them?

 

what do you mean "wasnt tight"?

 

where the downpipe connected to the mid pipe n where the down pipe connected to the headers i couldnt really get it to tight cuz of the lack of space to tighten the bolts

 

just buy new bolts and nuts. Thats what i did. And its really cheap at your local hardware store.

 

do you feel any exhaust leaking when you start it?

 

are you talking about where the donut gasket goes? just go to a hardware store and get a longer bolt. problem fixed. oo and when you go to the hardware store, take the tC with an open header.

comman problem with Tsudo and Weapon R header is those bolts are to short to get started.....I went to harware store and got 2 Grade 8 bolts that were 1/2" longer and once tight I had a good seal.over 6 months and no leaks.

 

alright thanks alot ill try that today.

and yea i felt a little leak.

but ill try the longer screws and see if that works
