Default Have Strup header...without CEL Eliminator will car operate?

i have the CEL Eliminator on order. Recently installed the strup header. i'm getting CEL lights and vsc off and traction light flashing.

Will my car operate okay with it flashing until I get the CEL eliminator?

I so drive to the gym after posting my last post and when I left the gym the lights disappeared. The car seems faster and I noticed that before I noticed the lights were off.

Total mileage from the time I installed the eliminator to the time the lights went off were about 35 miles.

^^Yes most of those little codes that they throw will disappear after it senses that the system is ok. This happened to my car when I installed my quick shift I started the car to see if the gears engaged and forgot to plug the O2 sensor in before starting it and the light came on. Drove around my block (maybe like a mile) and it reset itself. Its a self resetting system if everything is ok.

I just put on my new headers also... and of course same thing .. light blinking ect..

question is..

My new headers have the screw in place for the O2 sensor... but i was unable to get the one off the old headers... so.. if i get a new O2 sensor and plug it in there.... will the lights go off? or do i have to get some kind of different "trick" sensor or somthing?

I was thinking that just putting a stock sensor back where the original one was should work just fine ...right??

Put the stock or new sensor back on the header where the old one was.

You put the CEL eliminator on the S pipe under the car. If you lift the car up, you'll see it almost by the front passenger tire. Just follow the pipe to the back and you'll run into it.

It'll still trip codes as normall, and depending how you drive, it'll still trip this one, but after a few miles it'll turn off again.
