Only think stolen was the Avic D3, nothing else really inside to steal besides gas cards and Ipod in the glove compartment. so anyone know how much a Pass. window is gonna cost me guess i should invest in getting an alarm too....

 

Check with your insurance company about the glass, maybe deductible will be less than paying out of pocket. I know my insurance does not cover aftermarket HU even if you have pictures of it installed. At least it looks like you got away with your waterfall intact. There have been theft where the waterfall was hacked to pieces.

 

Yes, invest in an alarm, especially since you obviously park outside. Thieves should all die.

yea all the wires are intact, he cut the navi reciever, broke some clips on the waterfall but everything still fits in with no rattling, only thing is i cant even put stock radio cause he took the 2 metal mounts

 

This happen to me 5 month ago. The glass had to be ordered through dealer it was around $200. You install it youself save $. This brings back horrible memories they just took my iPod.

Dammmmmm, I was gettin the D3, but it doesnt have wat Iam lookin for in a HU, I goin to get the Eclipse AVN6620 DVD navigation receiver....U have better warranty if a Eclipse dealer install it ... 3 yrs ( I think its worth the money) ....But before I do tht Iam wrk on my alarm system..... For the insurance company, with the window, u will hav to pay the deductible ....Hope its 500.... Not a 1000.....went threw it allready....

Did you set the passward and security for the D3 when you installed it.If so they just stole a chunk of metal and plastic that will never work for them as with it set once the power is removed from the deck it has to have the password to ever work again.

Hehe, thanks everyone, while i was at work all day, my bro called up a couple junk yards and found a pass. side window for 50$, probably grab it tomorrow. and about the securty, i really dont remember, its been a while since install. Also yea i did leave the litle door open, im an idiot, i usually close it but i guess i got lazy or forgot.
