hey guys ive found 2 RS 1.0 models but there automatic in middletown, RI.

 

Don't own an rs model myself but thought all RS xD's were autos

 

that wouldn't make sense....they have both options. look at the picture posted by some of the RS owners throughout the threads. or

hahaha its okay, i did the work for you man....after looking at it again...i wish our standard interiors were a slightly lighter colour than the graphite.

 

Actually when i had my old accord i was slowly changing it to be the xD int color, but when i saw that the xD came in that color as stock. my heart went a flutter as they say

 

Wat? Why would the special edition of an xD come in only AT?

Well I was more thinking "Who the ____ would get an RS in auto? That's like getting a ZR1 Vette in auto..." but I guess some people want the style without.... the style

 

its like selling their BMW m3 with theyre CVCC BS, calling it a "clutchless manuaL" but.....w/e -_- to eac h their own i guess. i think making it an auto just ruins the point of the car...

 

Haha, I agree. This reminds me of the days not to long ago when I drove a Mazdaspeed3 w/ CAI and a guy I worked with bought a 350Z in auto. We had many spirited discussions on who would beat who, but never got to actually prove it. I love standards: gas mileage, more control, and at least it always feels like your going fast when you shift like a mad man. [/img]

 

yeah i feel the same. I think to really enjoy the car you have to be able to feel everything, and shifting is one of the best feelings :D but its just my opinion, not trying to bash any auto-drivers...

 

lol why would someone buy a 350z in auto?

 

i could list a bunch of answers to that questions....but i don't want to be hated on from those who "love cars" but drive an auto...lol

 

Maybe he needed an auto so he could devote his full attention and concentrate on not getting in the way of the manual drivers

Hey just put yourself into bumper to bumper traffic for 4 hours a day,day after day for years and you'll pray for an auto! Unless its a Porsche or a Ferrari, I'll never own a stick again-Thank You very much.

 

Oh yes,the autos get better fuel mileage on the xD's as well...

 

I have to agree, an auto trans. has its place, running around town, stop and go traffic. My knees ,the way they are, make me wish I had an auto sometimes, lol.

 

well, true, if you have lots of traffic to deal with every day, an auto would be a good option. I'm still skeptical about the autos getting better gas mileage though.. what are your average mpg's city and highway?
