Default Possible new wheel/tire setup for the 06 Salsa red xA

Hello all. I am thinking about buying a set of kyowa KR316 size 17X7.5 with +42 offset from a friend with brand new Ecsta AST205/40R-17XL 84H BSW. Is anyone running this size setup, and does anyone have these wheels on their xA with pictures. Any problems? rubbing, spacer issues, etc. I have looked through the forum here and some people seem to have problems with this size and others say it is no problem. I also am running on the TRD lowering springs.

I have that same set up with the exception of the offset on my wheels are +40 and lowered 2" and I do not rub at all, so you should be fine.

Thanks guys. I am still trying to decide. For the deal he wants me to trade him my scion 10-spoke 15s. What do you guys think. I just spent $460 on new toyo spectrum tires for it so I told him that if we do the deal they had to have the new Kuhmo Ecstas AST
