Well some guy was following me and the line of cars stopped on an icy highway and he didnt stop. Damage doesn't look bad for what I seen this morning, it was dark and I had to get to work. Cincinnati OH has a policy in the snow to not call the cops from the scene, but to exchange info and leave if no injury and the car still works. It has a big rip in the back bumper cover from what I can see, but I am not sure of teh damage underneath. I just hope the info he gave me was true. I know people that have been screwed royally. I have started claims with both his insurace and mine so hopefully it will be dealt with fast. And without me having to pay my $500 deductible. I will post pics when I get home and take some.

 

Be sure everything is fixed to your satisfaction before letting anyone off the hook.

My wife let someone just go after hitting her in the rear,later found damage.

 

ouch. Yeah this guy just asked me if he can pay me cash for the damages instead of going through his insurance company. Sorry about his luck I already called and claimed through his insurance company. lol. I just hope it gets done fast. I went out on my lunch break and looked at it and so far it looks like only the bumper cover is damaged, but If I take it to toyota, they may find something else wrong, so... we will see.
