loose caliper
took the car in and after a 96 dollar fee to look at the car it has a loose caliper on rear passenger side. the 17mm bolt is floating in the caliper. so its stuck at the dealer till tuesday. had no work done to car besides at just brakes who say they only touched the fronts. and my autotech teacher looked at it because my brakes were squeeling horribly. the bolt has some marking from the wrenches at the shop trying to fasten it back in. so im sure it wont be covered by warranty.
any advice on what to do next?

That should be under warranty since that part has not been tampered or altered by anyone.
The dealer has to "PROVE" that the cause of the damage was "LITERALLY & PHYSICALLY" done by you, thus making the warranty null and void.
You should be straight!

And btw... sounds like you should be fine. The only way you'd probably have to worry is if you changed brake lines or were using non-OEM fluid or the wrong pads or something.
Shouldn't be a big deal to be fixed under warranty.

ok cool thanks alot.
my dad is kinda mad about it he is determined that just brakes messed them up but i think it may have been something wrong before because they squeeled exactly the same before we took it in as they are squeeling now
