I went with my friend the other day to pick up his 335i from ASR engineering the other day. He changed from active autowerk tuning to Vishnu v3, and Abid from asr gave him a nice aggressive custom tune w/ watermeth at 16psi. The car has a rpi front mount intercooler, intake, twin riss racing 3’’ dp to an active autowerk 2.5’’ downpipe back exhaust no cats, it also has an LSD and ASR made a stage 3 clutch, you cant really get a clutch for the 335i anywhere else. Were gona dyno it soon to see what he puts down definetly going to be 400+whp….before the Vishnu tune active’s watermeth tune put down 380whp on a mustang, and 460wtq. This new Vishnu tune changes the powerband a bit and makes less tq more hp, b4 the torque was ridiculous & now with the lsd its gona be interesting to see. ASR also has a 135i that’s testing the new turbo upgrades for the twin turbo bmw motors. Thers gona be 2, a twin turbo upgrade (changes internals of the stock turbo) or a single turbo gt35r….its an inline six too which is sweet. It’s the new supra lol…..and no one knows the damn breakin poit of these internals … but now im getting off topic…I gota get back on, this is what I wanted to show you guys, the ASR gt35r.

Abid made 2 custom 3’’ downpipes off the stock turbos that taper to an impressive 4’’ dual exhaust. He reloacated the exhaust exit to the center leaving the stock rear exhaust portion of the body kit completely open, now in those openings he installed a differential cooler on the left and a transmission cooler on the right, in between the exhaust tips is the ASR logo all custom fabricated.




under the hood abid made a custom intake manifold, intakes & intercooler piping. It has twin tial bov’s on each side of engine bay its not pictured but it looked nice. He has a front mount but its not installed yet. The most impressive part is that he tuned the car with Porsche tuning hardware and software makes well over 600whp, and there are big issues w/ traction, the skylines great and all but the tranmissions a mystery.

uhm...nissan isn't the only one to call it a super car dude. lots of people call it that. and it will hand a 335 its @$$ any day of the week. but i like the 335 better cuz it comes with a proper manual transmission and an entourage of electronic nannies to kill all the fun.

i said it was garbage.
with a tranny thats cheaper than one i can find on the corner, a warranty worse than Scion's, and a ridiculous markup, why would i ever want to own one?

lol sorry but not worth 90 g's i think it is rather ge t a z06 twin turbo and will walk most things on the street.

i'd go with a ZR1.
my buddy works at a Chevy dealer and i had to go in on a Sunday to help him with some inventory maintenence.

They had a Fresh ZR1 up on a lift in the garage, waiting for a customer to come pick it up.

now THAT, is a super car. lol
