My tenant informed me last night that she lost her job, and will not be able to stay in the condo. It is 1 bed/1 bath at Anasazi Village across from PV Mall. Rent is $800 a month + $250 cleaning deposit. The unit has been recently remodeled with new carpet, cabinets, appliances and washer and dryer in the unit. It offers a large master suite with balcony entrance off the master and living room. Condo offers a large livable great room with a spacious updated kitchen, which overlooks the large main pool with full access to clubhouse, conference room and work out facility. There is a gated entrance and 24 hour security.
