I'm tossing around the idea of putting on a cruise to Roco's in North Bend WA, I know the owners and while the joint is small their food is AWESOME plus there is PLENTY of alley parking plus a Park & Ride right next door they have used in the past for classic car shows... I'm thinking of sometime in May, I started this poll to see how many people will be willing to do this and also because the owner is willing to provide FREE hamburgers to the first X (to be determined based on approx number of people making the trek) number of people to show up. Also taking suggestions on a Day, or even different month.

Ok so I looked in May, on the events calendar...looks like the following days are available... input form few indicated sundays would be a choice day, so I have narrowed it down to the last 2 sundays of the month...

MAY:

17th - Sun

24th - Sun



any one of those days. Input from anyone?

Hey, B has family with a restaurant up in North Bend, it's not Roco's though, it's Twede's Cafe, hehe.

 

lol I know she mentioned it to me when I was mentioning this event to her a couple weeks back

 

Depending on what was going on with work and whatnot, I would be up for this, looks like a fun drive, watching.

Oh, and I don't think anyone would have a problem paying for their own food, I want to go for a reason to drive somewhere, lol.

no its across from the dairy freeze.....

Tiny place, one gneral use bathroom, a kitchen, and 4 dining tables....great food though, the owners used to own "Tift Haus" (now "pour house")

 

ohh also forgot to mention the owner was raised in Concrete, WA home of the great Annie's Pizza

 

I'm in! Are they going to be able to get us all in there?

 

they have a bunch of picnic tables, lets hope for good weather
