Had my 2013 xB for a little over 20 months now and all the sudden my OEM fog lights won't turn on, no indicator on the dash. Blown fuse?

 

I have upgraded my fogs to HiD's, over time I noticed the plug from the wire harness to the balist had gotten water in it, even though it looks sealed up good. The water caused a short and wouldn't allow my fogs to turn on, even the dash light wouldn't turn on when button pressed. I used automotive light bulb grease to keep the water out.

 

Found out it was a fuse issue, but what you mentioned may have caused it to short. Will definitely get some bulb grease and give it a try.
