Default Question!

Ok im trying to put together my own stage 0 set up my question is What manifold would fit the BIG 16G Turbo Turbocharge EVO 3?? beacause the flange on that turbo looks like it would not match up to the t3/t4 manifold flange...
Thank you!

You would have to have the flange for tye 16g welded on...

Right now i think nobody makes manifold for a 16g turbo

Save urself the trouble just get a t3t4

Why not just check the PPC section? ZPI stage 0's show up there every once in awhile.

If you're bent on going custom then ignore me

Vulcan Turbo makes log and EL manifolds with a Mitsubishi flange.....which is what the 16G uses. Or you can get any other flange on there.

OP....search for Vulcan Turbo on here, or you can go to their website.

Why not just get a t3/t4 with smaller a/r's if you are worried about spool this way you will have a lot more options if you decide to upgrade.

for now i want something for about 230-250hp, I already have the intercooler to run on the setup with the 5.8psi spring in the waste gate NO manage system or tune with sock injectors. And maybe eventualy upgrade, but will probably run like this for about 2 yrs hopefully without problems!

So what turbo would you suggest?

not to be a d-ck but I wouldn't turbo any amount of boost without management!

Boost with no managment = a lose situation from the start. Do not do it!

Turbo maybe something like this http://www.dezod.com/pd-garrett.cfm

if i were you atleast buy like a emanage or something cheap as fuel management to atleast help out! cause a custom stage 0 with no management will hurt you in the long run. or get a turbo with similar specs as the 16g turbo. but either way dont go cheap with your turbo set up cause you will pay for it later! like i did!

not trying to be a dick. but it does not look like you should be going turbo just yet. if i were you i would spend countless hours researching on here. save up your money and do it right the first time. fuel and management. dont risk it. if you dont know what turbo to run though, thats not good for your car or you. it might just go pop.

yeah, isnt that alot of HP to hoping for on a stage zero too? i could be wrong... but just dont go cheap, i was considering doing this but im been eerie about it because i dont want to do something wrong. Lol

just remeber, you get what you pay for when it comes 2 boost.... or anything really.

side note the difference between an untuned or improperly tuned car and a car with a good tune is night and day. Going from the tune the local shop put on to the ptuning tune made me fall in love with my car all over again
