Well, it'll be a year April 11 since I had a wreck with a drunk driver. He pulled out in front of me and I T-boned him.
He not only was drunk but also had an open container of moon shine. I lost consciousness at the scene, in the hospital twice, I have had knee surgery,
memory loss, sevier head aches, sevier whiplash, sevier concusion, air bag burn on my arm, a permanent scar on my shin(from hitting the dash), neck and back problems(still going to PT).
That's the short list. On top of all those things, I lost my favorite car that I have ever had. I never posted any pics so here they are.

This was three hours before the wreck. It was going to start raining and I wanted to get a few shots while it was still clean.


Then This...






Here's his truck. It was such a hard hit that his rear spring was ripped from the mount, the axle was shifted back, pulling the drive shaft from the transmission. His tailgate landed about 20 ft from his truck.


The only thing he got was wreckless driving, probation and a $500 fine.

The replacement.....

 

Aw, that's sad.

 

All he got? You could have sued him for everything he owned and more.

He's lucky you're not the vengeful type. I'm a little surprised you didn't sue the living hell out of him.
