Does anyone use an iphone with their XD? Are they compatible?
What if it is plugged into the ipod port and the phone rings?

 

i have the 2g Iphone and it works just fine when i still had my stock radio. if the phone rings the music stops and you will actually hear it through the speakers.

i've got 3g it works for music but it don't charge.

 

My 2G works and charges fine.

 

My first Gen iPhone works just fine through my factory navigation system. Plug it in, starts charging immediately and a message comes up saying that the device is not compatible "would I like to turn on airplane mode?", I just click NO and continue. It is business as usual after that. Songs work really well, phone rings just fine through the speakers of the car.

 

My 1st gen iphone worked for charge and control through the stereo even when I updated to 3.0. Now that I have the 3GS I can't charge my phone through the sync cable...I can only control the music through the stereo. Is there a solution to this??
