Default Has anyone installed an MSD DIS-4 on their box?

I'm running roughly 14psi of boost on a Greddy Turbo kit with TC injectors. My a/f ratio is in the low 11's. I wanted to install an MSD DIS-4 so that I can try to get my a/f up to around 12, and at the same time use the 2 step feature for launch control. Has anyone ever installed a DIS-4 on their box? If so, did you need to use the tach adapters? Also, I have a general idea of the which wires to splice, but would like to clarify with anyone who has done a successful install.

All I'm running is the Greddy turbo kit with intercooler, TC injectors, Profec E-01 boost controller and an AEM wideband. I also have urethane mounts, a Kaaz LSD and a cutout right before the cat for track use. The tune on the E-manage is still on factory settings due to it being locked. I know it's kinda risky running at 14psi, but it's been doing fine...so far

its possible to last with easy accelleration and a light foot, slow build the pressure and don't stay there too long, but only a little longer.. watch that..

Back to your question.. I want to do this to.. except for other reasons, high compression n/a project.. the two step is the funk.. good luck!

wow thats risky. you should look into a water/meth kit to keep things cool and safer at that psi setting.
