Do you run synthetic in your Scion or other ride?

What type oil? Who makes it? How often do you change it?

 

I use Mobil 1 Full Synthetic and I change it every 7K miles or so.

 

Mobil 1 5w-30

changed every 5K

 

My dad uses Mobile-1 full synthetic in his car out there...

 

royal purple is the way to go

castrol syntec 5w-40......5k

 

I use Full synthetic oil. I run 5w20 Mobil 1 in the xB.

 

I use whatever Walmart or Wallyworld uses. $20 bucks every 5k

 

Do they just make one kind of oil?

 

i change mine every 3k and use the high performance flavor...

Thanks for the feedback everyone. We have a company that's interested in the Scion community. They are Nippon Oil, known as Eneos in the states, and are getting tight with Toyota. I think they supply oil to some engine factories alread and I know they sponsor a few racer / drifters running Toyota/Scion.

Anyone have any experience with them?

i usually see advertisement of nippon oil when i read import tuner magazines.

 

Mark, the guys in my team run Eneos all day here. So yeah Great stuff right there and ITS JDM! lol.

I've done some reading about their formula, pretty impressive.

I think the CB parts dept is going to give it a little shelf space.
