Anybody have a step-by-step how to tune up a 2004 xB?

but do put anti-seize or make sure the dealer puts anti-seize. It'll make the next tune much easier.

Not to threadjack/defend clubxB but...
They probably got to act that way after seeing too many noobs asking useless/stupid questions/comments on this site. Not everyone would want to read a thread thats 50+ pages long just to get a simple awnser.
