Options?
hey guys, new here but been roaming the forums for quite some time
i already have a system in my xB but the box takes up the whole trunk, im trying to see what options out there do i have for a new sub enclosure that does not take up the whole trunk and doesn't use up the space where the spare tire is? ive seen the side pillar one but is that all thats available? let me know what u got, thanks...

depends on if you want to go ported or sealed, and really how much airspace the speaker needs...
no sub enclosure is truly 1 size fits all... each speaker needs a specific amount of airspace to sound right..
a few things need to be addressed first...
What size Sub do you have? How Many of them do you have?
What amount of sealed and ported enclosure airspace do they require, at what tuning frequency?
What kind of wattage are they rated for?
What kind of amp wattage are you pumping into them?
What kind of sound quality are you trying to achieve? Boom Boom Boom, or Concert Audio Reproduction?
Are you trying to build a system that mearly looks good and thumps so you can show off to your friends, or are you trying to build something that sounds tight and has well defined sound stages with clean highs and tight, chest chrunching bass that doesn't get muddy?
