Default T body coolant lines

Ok my project for today is to run the coolant bypass around my T body. Just want to make sure I do the right lines. I looked at where all the lines go and it appears that the two on the right side looking at the engine are the coolant lines and the one closest to the intake mani is a vacuum line. Am I right. and who else has done this what kind of connector will the need for the hoses and how wide is the hose that I will need to put on the spots on the T body where I took them off of?

I used one of the hoses to do the job and took the other off, no additional equipment needed. I routed the longer of the two hoses to the nipple for the shorter one. I'd post pics, but i really suck at trying to upload pics.

I'm not sure either, but I think this is what you basically do. Correct me if I'm wrong.

car manufacturers run coolant through the throttle body to prevent it from freezing shut in extreme cold weather. i've seen people do this mod on hondas, cameros, VW (watercooled ones LOL), etc. some argue the hot coolant warms air traveling through the throttle body and reduces power. some say this mod actually creates horsepower, while others say it improves throttle response. i suppose this is a good free power mod for anyone living in mild winter climates.

actually you dont have to, you can just cut your current hose shorter and get a brass coupler the use some hose clamps or worm gear
