No they do not-- included is the front and rear lips and sides.

oh ok just wondering. My friend is about to order one today and I'm just helping him. What kind of grill is that on the picture and where can I get one? Also, will other aftermarket grilles fit with this kit?

How much clearance from the ground to the lip kit would the xd have after the installation?

The regular ground clearance for a Scion xD is 6.5 inches. With this kit, you would have around 3.5-4" ground clearance.

Is this lip kit easily installed and uninstalled?

Yes, it comes with installation instructions which can also be found on Five Axis web site. Attaches with adhesive and screws.

I would want to remove the part for the winter and put it back on during
the summer months.
Is this possible?

I would guess it would be OK to do this -- you just wouldn't apply the double-stick backing tape for easier removal and re-installation. You would just use the included screws and apply some of your own adhesive in a few spots.
