Default Odd sound coming from car

Well I assume my wheels since it sounds like its rotating strangely. At low to medium speed I usually hear this odd sound coming from my car. The sound is similar to a loose wheel that is not properly secured to the hub, except it is. I have checked then double checked on the lug nuts, individually. My only other assumption is maybe my tire needs balancing or alignment, except my steering wheel does not shake, nor the car, just the sound of the wheel. I have a stock setup on my wheels and suspension. Anybody have any ideas? similar experiences?

Describe the sound more (knocking, thumping, whining, etc).

Also, if you drive, then disengage the clutch (or put it in neutral if an auto) and coast, does it still make the noise?

If you rotate the tires, does the noise move?

Oh schhhnap. You're right. I haven't rotated it in a while. I'll do that when I get a chance. My guess would the tires, but I only got them about 5 or 7k miles ago.
