No sir. they look good, obviously not as bright as they would be stock... in the pics it looks really dark but their not. The 35w 6K HID kit helps a lot...

off to a good start! imo the roads here in AZ will allow you to go lower than TRD... so slam it!

looks good I have a white tc too here in phoenix, but my headlights are tinted about 3 shades darker than that. I have a 50w 8000k kit myself and doesnt seem to do a damn thing. My headlights appear to be back at the stock output with them. Im thinking about taking it off.. but it looks so damn sweet with vrd or fig grills.

the roads here in az will allow it, but its my girls car ha ha, shes not to carefull (if you see
the above pic with the damage on the passenger rear fender) but TRD's are a nice drop,
and keep the same ride comfort/quality as stock suspension...

the 6K HID kit actually made a big difference. The stock lights were really dull... changed those out ASAP. I was thinking... When i get the VRD fogs i want em yellow, so i might tint those as well to keep the "panda" theme going but when she throws on the fogs their 3K... wonder howd that'd look...
