Hey guys i'm on the market for CF hood and i came down to 2 hoods that i like and that will clearn my manifold.

1) is SEIBON VS2 hood.

I would like to know which brands quality is higher ?

basically i can get them almost for the same price...

AIT would be like 20 bucks more then Seibon.

What do you guys suggest ?

Car has to be pretty over the top crazy to pull off the AIT.

Seibon looks good...but if AIT did'nt had that evo style in the middle but just the side vents..i would have liked it!

 

i definately like seibon.. but i also like the fact that AIT will provide lots and lots of air flow and it comes with rain guards.

 

it depends on your car. the ait one is sweet, but only if you have a supporting car.

a completely stock tc with ait hood = ummmm, no.


quality wise, I would just naturally go with seibon. I've always heard good things about them, and I think they really do have a good company going.

in the end, it really is up to what you like though.
on my car, I'd go with the seibon

 

Honestly, if your worried more about function then get the AIT. It'll be much easier since it has teh rain guards, and like you said, it has much better air flow.

seibon has better quality than ait.

 

the seibon is designed to pull the heat out of the engine bay and sits right over were ur manifold is. what manifold do you have ? I have the seibon and love it man. really good fitment and you cant go wrong.
