Default Need help.....No power to Fuel pump and injectors

Well, little issue getting my car up and running with the new motor.

Went to start her up for the first time this past weekend and the fuel pump wouldnt turn on. After testing some things with a volt meter i found that everything in the car get power beside the injectors and the pump.....everything.

Every fuse is fine, EFI relay is good....at least the ones in the engine bay. And I also tested everything with hydra plugged in and as well as testing with only the stock ecu and get the same results with both.

I thought maybe it was the fuel pump shutoff system but I reset it using the owners manual guide and that doesnt seem to be it.

I should add I did switch injectors to 1000cc RC's and switched to a walbro pump during the build and the wiring is 100% correct. Also the pump works cause I hooked it up to a 9v battery and it powers up.

Any advice from anyone?????

I'm at a dead end and cant seem to figure this out.

Yes I wired it up right....i know that for a fact. Pump works under 9v battery power.

I took it out and took it all apart yesterday to make sure my wiring is right and it is.

Any other ideas?

No its running off the factory harness under factory power. Exactly like this thread....

Sounds like something is wrong with the driver circuit in the hydra if everything else works correctly but i'm probably wrong since hydra can deal with any size injector. I'd say try another EMS and recheck your wiring and your harness. Goodluck

wasint it you who was running dual in-tanks? it may be to much for that..

Check the black wire that goes to the fuel pump see if its getting power.. if it is then you either have bad pump or bad ground.

If its not getting power then you need to find out why

The pump works......tested it with a 9v batt and it fires up. I'm running a single pump still in the factory housing.

The ground the the pump is good....tested. Also the fuel level gauge which is on the same harness works fine and has full power.

Again.....this problem happen on hydra ems as well as using the stock ecu only. So it CANT be a hydra problem.

did you check the relays for continuity with a multimeter? sounds like a relay problem.

Well I think i may have found a possible fix.....

I was reading the wiring guide and think i may have an issue with the C/OPN relay....since the fuel pump and injectors are both tied to it.

Only problem.....I have no clue where that relay is on the car....any help there?

All of the relays are underneath the fuse cover in the engine bay if I'm not mistaken. The C/OPN relay should be the same relay as your horn, so switch them and try to give your car a honk and see if it works.

i had a similar problem, but my injectors just wouldnt fire, but my pump would turn on and i was getting fuel pressure. All my fuses were good as well. Ended up being a problem in the factory ecu. Turns out the shop i had wire my rc injectors wired one backewards, so i believe that fried the drivers on the ecu, and potentially took an injector with it. Im still trying to chase gremlins..

also.....how many volts you getting to the fuel pump?........what ohms is your ground?....uh......have someone crank your car while you hold a meter on the fuel pump positive wire to make sure your getting power during cranking.......uh......what else.....oh...might be a stupid question but ya know how this goes.........leave the cover off the fuel pump(under your seat) and crank it......lemme know if you can hear it running.....i cant think of anything else

I have the whole manual on PDf as well......but I dont see any relay labeled C/OPN?

Also Someone said something about wiring RC backwards and frying them. Anyone know which side of RC's is + and - ?

There is no mark on the RC injectors saying that nor on the injector clips.
