Ok, so I installed my coilovers today and at very low speed (20 and under) the front right side tends to click. It happened as soon as I was done, then went away until I got off the exit I take to go home (about a 40-45 min time lapse). What I am thinking is that either the locking piece is loose causing the spring to move a little or the top three bolts are hitting something. I did loose the pieces that hold the plastic part of the windshield on that side so that is loose as well. When I drove on the highway on my way home from where I did the install (40-45min at 65-75) there was no clicking noise. It happens when I am going straight so I am not rubbing. I know I put everything back the way it was supposed to be, but maybe I didnt tighten something enough. The lugs are tight, checked those first. They are KSports, and they are used so...
So help me ScionLife, please.
Also, I will be taking the car to Firestone to be aligned on Monday, if I can't fix it by then, I'll have them look. Good thing I don't need my car for tomorrow.
Thanks!

make sure that the springs are seated correctly... that usually causes the sound you might be hearing... the plastic by the windshield usually doesn't cause much of a ruckus, so I would ignore that... and just focus on the springs and make sure all your bolts are torque to the correct specs...
did the coilovers come with a rubber ring for the top of the mount ? I had something like that on my Celica, I forgot the ring on one side. when I would take off the top mount would hit the chasie and my a sound.
