Default Release Series Replacement Parts - Help

I've googled and searched this forum and other forums but I can't seem to find a site that sells replacement parts for a 2006 RS 2.0 Scion tC. Someone hit the front of my sister's car and she had the car professionally repaired but the body shop put the stock black plastic grille in instead of the "special edition" one that came on the car originally. We spoke with the insurance and they said they ordered the parts using the VIN and that it doesn't show up as any type of special edition vehicle. The Toyota/Scion dealer also could not help us order the correct part as they are telling us the same thing the insurance company is. Can anyone help me out with a part number? The grille looks like this one:

Thanks![/img]

umm, do you have the RS badge in the car? Because I find it weird that the dealer is saying it is not a RS VIN.

Did you buy it new or used?

Try a different dealership. Get someone from the Scion department that knows what they are doing.

2006 rs 2.0 top grille part # PZ32721003 Bottom grille # PZ32721002. These grilles are VERY VERY expensive and that's probably why the shop and the insurance company did not replace them, given that your car is a true rs 2.0

Time to make a trip to another dealer and talk to your insurance company again. Make sure they cover the full cost of those replacements since they are what should be on your car.

x2 insurance should cover for the replacement of this part

but just FYI, there's one still for sale in the classified section for 180 shipped. They cost much more coming from the dealership as they try and keep it exclusive
