Jon 08-10-2009, 02:32 PM You aren't too far off however. You can add GPS to the D90 but I'm not sure if it adds elevation to the exif data. burstaneurysm 08-10-2009, 03:24 PM oh i was totally kidding. i just made that up. i listed those after the exif data as if the camera told me the numbers. It seemed like a waste to just let it be tossed out so I loaded it in the tC (it's 2'x6' go Scion!). This evening, after talking it over a bit with my friend Jack Daniels, we decided that no plan was needed and I should just dive into it. Figuratively, I'm not that drunk. This is what I've got so far. breaux_tC 11-24-2009, 03:47 AM Very nice. What are the future plans for this glass? captainlaziness 11-24-2009, 03:52 AM What do you mean? Like the art? Or what am I going to do with it when it's finished? Lol, and why am I the tag for this thread? breaux_tC 11-24-2009, 03:54 AM Sorry. What you're doing with the finished piece. captainlaziness 11-24-2009, 03:57 AM Don't know yet. I might keep it, but I'm running out of wall space in this littlw apartment. breaux_tC 11-24-2009, 03:59 AM Would make a very interesting sub enclosure if you were able to cut it. Or even a beer pong table :p captainlaziness 11-24-2009, 04:04 AM There are ways to cut glass, but I don't know how risky it would be. I was kinda thinking about making some kind of lamp out of it. Sorta like this one, http://us.123rf.com/400wm/400/400/ManicBlu/ManicBlu0702/ManicBlu070200006/760612.jpg but maybe just a few inches deep. LEDs behind the cloth. I actually liked it B&W better. I'm a pencils and ink type artist rather than a bunch of color. But color does help add depth. I need to get u to do some art cause i've got sooo much wall space in my apartment. Ever wanted to DONATE some art? ha ha or i can mail u a sharpie. ha ha |
