Oil fires in the distance paint the night sky orange

 

Finished an art piece late last night.

 

 

 

Houston can haz big bildigz!! (JP Morgan and Chase Bank Building)

 

This is making the terrible eight hours I spent at a hellish place called "work" fade away.



I found this big pane of glass next to a dumpster yesterday while out taking car pics. It seemed like a waste to just let it be tossed out so I loaded it in the tC (it's 2'x6' go Scion!). This evening, after talking it over a bit with my friend Jack Daniels, we decided that no plan was needed and I should just dive into it. Figuratively, I'm not that drunk. This is what I've got so far.

Don't know yet. I might keep it, but I'm running out of wall space in this littlw apartment.

 

Would make a very interesting sub enclosure if you were able to cut it. Or even a beer pong table :p

 

There are ways to cut glass, but I don't know how risky it would be. I was kinda thinking about making some kind of lamp out of it. Sorta like this one,

but maybe just a few inches deep. LEDs behind the cloth. I have no idea how to do that, but I think I could figure it out.

VERY nice. I actually liked it B&W better. I'm a pencils and ink type artist rather than a bunch of color. But color does help add depth.

I need to get u to do some art cause i've got sooo much wall space in my apartment. Ever wanted to DONATE some art? ha ha or i can mail u a sharpie. ha ha
