i got a set of racinghart wheels, they are 19x8.5 and the tires are 245 35 19, offset 39 will they fit my tc? the car is not lower yet.

You should be ok without it lowered yet.

245 is too wide, get a 225 or 215 if you can because you will rub alot if your lowered.
