I'm considering ordering some stuff from Performance Tuning (ptuning.com). Does anyone have experience working with this company, positive, negative or neutral?
Thanks in advance :)

Thanks in advance :) dgHotLava 01-30-2005, 05:54 PM yes, i have order a few items from them. always got what i wanted, fast shipping, good customer support if you need it. no problems... Clif 01-30-2005, 05:56 PM Wow, that was quick :D Thanks for the info. squirrel 01-30-2005, 07:31 PM Yup, I ordered from them. Quick shipping and excellent customer service. I forgot to use my Scion Life discount though. I'm still happy w/ their services! Clif 01-30-2005, 07:37 PM How do you use the ScionLife discount? dgHotLava 01-30-2005, 07:42 PM talk to them and ask for it.... call them or email about it... Clif 01-30-2005, 07:45 PM Makes sense...thanks :) Dewmerz 01-30-2005, 07:47 PM The only complaint I have from them is I never get the email with my tracking number. I always have to go back to the site and look it up. Other than that they are good and fast. That said I will be ordering from them again soon. Some of their prices can't be beat. If you click on the PTuning ad that comes up every once in a while it now takes you directly to their site with the 5% code entered. Here is the link if you don't want to wait. http://www.ptuning.com/html/discount_code.cfm?clubid=ptscionlife Clif 01-30-2005, 07:54 PM awesome....you can just put the clubid in the discount code box and it deducts from the total in the shopping cart. Thanks, Dewmerz. Dewmerz 02-03-2005, 06:40 PM Just to follow up I did place another order with them for some Injen parts. They ended up not being in stock so they had the parts shipped directly from Injen to me and I got them in 3 days. Another good experience with them. manejounxa 02-03-2005, 06:45 PM I've ordered my Injen engine cover,Injen oil cap and DC strut bar and not on the same order but three different time and they have always been very customer friendly to me. and I did receive e-mail notification from them stating that the part was shipped and that the ups number is so and so....in my opinion they are a great company to do business with...........................JUAN wedgiesaurus 02-28-2005, 05:25 PM good to know, thanks for the info mredz 02-28-2005, 10:28 PM Ptuning is great, fedex lost my original strutbar and their customer service was excellent at resolving the issue and getting me a replacement one. I would highly recommend them. AmericanIST 03-01-2005, 05:24 AM I've ordered from them before, very quick ,no problems. One of the items was not in stock so i thought i would have to wait awhile.they actually had it shipped seperately from the manufacturer and it arrived before the other items did. Clif 03-02-2005, 02:13 AM Just to circle back, my experience working with Ptuning was great all around...highly recommended. :) TheDanger 03-03-2005, 05:21 PM I love ptuning! What a great site. Have ordered things from them and have had friends also and we all got our things quickly! They also have some of the lowest prices around. uncompiled 03-05-2005, 02:25 PM That's true. I live like 30 minutes away from them, but I'm too lazy to drive, so I always get it the day after I order. Mjj770 03-09-2005, 02:23 AM I ordered an Injen Air Intake on Sunday evening and received it today (Tuesday). I live in the Pittsburgh, PA area (SWPA). Package received in less than 48 hours!!!! That speed (2 days) rocks!!!!!    Chimmy3 04-04-2005, 05:26 AM ptuning rocks... they ARE a little weird about sending you tracking numbers though... I don't know why but you never get that email with the tracking numbers... but... by the time you start wondering where your package is.. its already at your door... I highly recommend ptuning |
