The only complaint I have from them is I never get the email with my tracking number. I always have to go back to the site and look it up. Other than that they are good and fast. That said I will be ordering from them again soon. Some of their prices can't be beat.

Just to follow up I did place another order with them for some Injen parts. They ended up not being in stock so they had the parts shipped directly from Injen to me and I got them in 3 days. Another good experience with them.

 

I've ordered my Injen engine cover,Injen oil cap and DC strut bar and not on the same order but three different time and they have always been very customer friendly to me.
and I did receive e-mail notification from them stating that the part was shipped and that the ups number is so and so....in my opinion they are a great company to do business with...........................JUAN

Ptuning is great, fedex lost my original strutbar and their customer service was excellent at resolving the issue and getting me a replacement one. I would highly recommend them.

 

I've ordered from them before,very quick ,no problems.One of the items was not in stock so i thought i would have to wait awhile.they actually had it shipped seperately from the manufacturer and it arrived before the other items did.

 

Just to circle back, my experience working with Ptuning was great all around...highly recommended.

That's true. I live like 30 minutes away from them, but I'm too lazy to drive, so I always get it the day after I order.

 

I ordered an Injen Air Intake on Sunday evening and received it today (Tuesday).
I live in the Pittsburgh, PA area (SWPA).
Package received in less than 48 hours!!!!

That speed (2 days) rocks!!!!!

 

ptuning rocks... they ARE a little weird about sending you tracking numbers though... I don't know why but you never get that email with the tracking numbers...

but... by the time you start wondering where your package is.. its already at your door...
