I'm not sure I understand... you say cold air comes out but "not through the ac"? What does that mean? Like you can feel the air coming out but it's not being blown out as it should?

Sounds like a blower motor resistor, possibly.

does the A/C compressor turn on? turn on the A/C and listen for the compressor clutch engaging(should hear a click and the whirring of the compressor). if not check the amount of refrigerant in the system (you will need a machine for this) and see how much is recovered. if it is less than specified(not sure off the top of my head how much 134a the tC takes) you need more refrigerant and chances are u have a leak too. refrigerant leaks minimally throughout years not at this rate (meaning tCs havent been out that long). fill it with dye and ull be able to find the leak with UV light
or if u have pressure gauges (or borrow from a friend) u can check the pressure in the system depending on the pressure u can figure out if it is a A/C component that has failed.

when u say the fan doesnt blow do u mean the fan in behind of the radiator?

not the radiator fan im talking about the AC fan. I think it might be a blown fuse.

the only other fan in a HVAC system is the blower motor which blows hot air from the evaporator into the vents

to check the fuses grab a test light and probe the fuse that is for the blower motor (might be a relay) check for scorch marks or smell if it is burnt

Do you hear wind noises in the ducts?
Does it sound restricted?
