Turning purple or not receiving cell phone signal? lol i am trying to decide between an 80 dollar diffrance. Regular metal based molecular Film (wtf) or the 3M Film. Any input would be awesome. Thanks

yea dont cheap out last year i had my whole car done for 90 it was great until now its purplish, u cant tell yet but i can see i need it changed by next year, most places that offer warranty might not honor it so look for reviews, if ur near Rowland Heights theres a place called tint zone off colima and the guy is great and honest

i have the lumar tint as well... good stuff 3m is amazing i work for a big box store and we have a rep that comes in and will put 3m on your home windows. That stuff is amazing it actually keeps the heat out if you can afford it get it. also i have had the lumar on for 3 years maybe more

i've had lumar on my previous tC and loved it. i currently have my rear hatch glass tinted with lumar, and all my other windows tinted with Johnson. Both are excellent.

Also my tint that was on my old car was just regular dyed tint, which kind of faded and didnt look as dark, it never changed colors but just wasnt that dark. I had 10% on the back and it doesnt look as dark the 20% I have on the tC now. Also regular dyed tint doesnt block the UV rays and stuff like the more expensive stuff
