i wouldnt say its the best intake out there.....you can say its one of the best....

NO CEL will be thrown with the intake.

and as far as it being the best CAI out there i might have to slightly agree only bc the AEM dryflow filter is in fact the best filter out there period. i have the filter and an ebay intake came out. the filter is all that matters
