Hey guys and gals...are they any gals here???

Anyway,

I am trying to get my dad to cut me out a set of pedals out of stainless steel on one of the water jets that he works on and repairs. Waterjets can be really cool, the guys from American Choppers have been using a Waterjet for a while now to make wicked designs parts and brackets.

Anyway, I am trying to come up with some ideas for some desings for some pedals for my guinnea pig Xb. I am however should I say "Artistically Challenged," I have enough of a hard time drawing stick people. Any one got any Ideas or desings they can think up?

I was thinking a brake pedal in the outline of the XB or something like a billet design. Since it will be stainless, I could polish it have a brushed finish.

If you got to design your pedals, what would you want?

Keep in mind that the pedal is welded to the stem that actuates the master cylinder. You will either need to cut the pedal off and re-weld or make a pedal design that bolts/welds onto the pedal. It's really important that you get a design that bolts on well and that your foot wont slip off of. The last thing you need is to be searching around for the "xB" shaped brake pedal going 80 down the interstate.

I just put in some Momo pedals. It's one of those mods that no one sees and gives no real driving/ handling improvements (at least for an auto trans where heal toe is not happening). Therefore I'm constantly asking my friends if I've showed them my new pedals or not. They're like "____ dude like twenty times"(LOL)

I know what you mean, I had that problem with a set that I had purchased for my Probe GT many moons ago. I had my clutch one fall off in the middle of a drag race at the track! I am actually trying a few diffrent ways to mount them from Sizing it to match the stock pedal so i can bolt it through the pedal , 3m tape it or the basic bracket that clamps it to the pedal. I really don't want to weld it in case I want to change. Besides, I dont have a welder :(

I would like to incorporate the screws into the "b" in an Xb logo where the screws will go to hide them better. I have some really crappy drawings. Even some with LED's countersinked in the pedal.
