You know, it's kinda funny. I've had my xA for three days (got it Friday) and I just realized how high it sits.
This is something you just can't understand from looking at photos of it and I didn't even notice it in the test drive (I just thought my seat was a little too high).
It just hit me yesterday that when I am getting into my xA, my body isn't crouching down (in other words, my butt standing up is about at the same level when I sit down in the vehicle). And I've noticed on the road that I am much higher than sedan/coupe drivers and about the same elevation as some of the mini SUVs (this is REALLY noticeable in a parking lot).
Anyhow, the point being is that I really miss the height that I had in my truck and I love the height the xA is at; it's really great.
Besides that, I am absolutely loving my new car. I'm 32 and have owned at least six or seven vehicles now (from Civics to Tacomas to Camrys) and I've never been so excited about a vehicle. It's a great car!
