Anyone have issues of vibration with only a 10 mm spacer? My offset on my current wheels is 40?

Do you have a hub-centric ring? If not, that could be the source of your vibrations.

If it's torqued properly a hub-centric ring isn't needed. Try re-torquing your setup then if it persists, get some rings.

id run hub rings with any after market rim.
