05-08 tC Greddy Turbo Kit

The Greddy Scion tC Turbo Kit features a stainless steel tubular manifold, internally wastegated TD05 18G turbocharger, racing downpipe (to mate to a stock or aftermarket exhaust), and AirnX intake kit, couplers, fitting, and a type 31 front-mount intercooler. The downpipe in the Greddy kit removes the stock catalyst, making this kit for off-road use only. The kit does not include any sort of fuel management but Greddy has an option which is listed below, we suggest purchasing Greddy's optional fuel packages. Please note that you will need fuel system upgrades to use this kit. Testing on this kit has shown gains of 100hp over stock.

Greddy e-Manage 440cc Fuel Kits for 05-08 Scion tC
If you're turboing your 05-08 Scion tC, you're going to need more fuel. And with bigger injectors, you'll need some sort of engine management. Greddy's e-Manage and e-Manage Ultimate piggyback fuel computers are fully capable of controlling a variety of parameters and compensating for larger injectors. The e-Manage Ultimate features wideband O2 capability (sold separately) and has many additional inputs and options over the standard E-Manage Unit. These kits are designed for Greddy's TD05 18G Turbo Kit and require some hardwiring for installation (instructions are included).

04-06 xB Greddy Turbo Kit

Getting more horse power out of the 04-06 xB's 1.5L 1NZ-FE engine isn't easy, but this Greddy bolt-on turbo kit is up to the task. Greddy packages pretty much everything you need to add 20% more power to the ground (4.5 psi with 116 whp and 127 wtq on customer's cars). At the heart of the Greddy kit is the TF-035-14GK turbo. This little Mitsubishi derived turbo will force about 4 psi of boost through the Greddy cast manifold. All engine management is done with the help of a Greddy e-Manage piggy-back that is pre-programmed for this turbo on the xB. The little Scion's stock injectors will provide more than enough fuel for the boost this unit makes.
NOTES:1.Some modifications to the included Greddy plumbing may be required as this kit was originally designed for the JDM market Toyota ist / bB. Modification will include cutting and re-welding of the downpipe, at a minimum.
2.Greddy does not include a blow off valve which is needed for installation. A recirculating type valve is strongly recommended.

The ATP turbo manifolds, downpipes, and turbochargers for the 05-08 Scion tC are all sold separately allowing you to customize your setup, or build it piece by piece over time. ATP T25 Flanged Turbo Manifold
The ATP T25 flanged turbo manifold works well with a smaller GT series turbo like the GT2860RS, GT2871R, and GT3071R-WG. This manifold is also externally flanged but comes with a block off plate as most turbos used for this application will have a internal wastegate. This manifold works well with the ATP Internally Wastegated Downpipe.

ATP T3 Flanged Turbo Manifold
The ATP T3 flanged turbo manifold can be used with a T3/T4, GT3071R, GT3076R or any other T3 flanged turbo. It is designed for an external wastegate, but an internal wastegate could easily be used if you block off the wastegate port. This manifold works well with the ATP V-Band Style Downpipe.

ATP Externally Wastegated V-Band Downpipe
The ATP externally wastegated downpipe is for a externally wastegated T3 flanged GT series turbo with a 3" V-band outlet. It features a wastegate return port that is flanged for a Tial 38mm wastegate. The return port goes back into the downpipe for noise reduction and less heat under the hood. The ATP downpipe also has a 02 bung for the stock 02 sensor or a wideband sensor.

ATP High Flow Turbo Inlet Pipe
High flow turbo inlet pipe kit, 3" stainless TIG welded and electro-polished. Includes 3" connector at turbo and transitions into airbox and clamps. Same pipe used on the ATP Scion tC Turbo kit utilizing GT28RS/GT2871R turbos. Has welded return port for valve cover breather and port for BOV recirculation (choose straight or 90 degree screw in fitting). Choose red, blue, or black silicone colors. The Tial 38mm external wastegate bolts right up to the ATP T3 and T25 flanged turbo manifolds. The ATP Externally Wastegated V-Band Downpipe will also bolt direclty to this wastegate for a easy install.
