Default how long did it take for you to receive your title?

hey everyone! i paid my car off on october 2nd and havent received my title yet. just wanted to know how long it took some of you to get your title in the mail. i have called a few times and they have all said that it should have been mailed out. well as i stated it hasnt been. so is it just me or does Toyota take its time sending out the titles?

all of about 6 days... and the check is for additional interest that was charged to you when you origionaly financed the car and didnt pay because of how/when you paid it off IIRC

I paid mine off on Dec. 18 and got the title Dec. 26th. Virginia has electronic titles, so the state sent it as soon as they got the lien release from the finaciers. On the 28th, I got a letter from the finance company telling me the lien had been released.

You might call the finance company. When my wife paid her car off the finance company sent her title to someone in Georgia.

It was even better than that. They sent the title to someone in Georgia "before" she paid the car off!

It took two hours at DMV to get a dupe.

Cheers,
