need a new clutch

I would like to stay under $350. Anyone got any suggestions? Im gonna try and do this project myself, but am a little worried since I havent worked on a cars transmission since my 1974 BMW 2002 6 years ago.

the exeedy oem clutch is 160 i believe... and on ebay u can find oem clutches at all sorts of prices between 40-160
