turns out they are a 17x7 with a 42 offset instead of the claimed 40 offset in the auction
i read through the fitment FAQ and didnt find my answer
am i going to run into any rubbing issues in the front/rear ..
and should i toss a spacer on the back to bring the wheel out a bit .. if so .. what spacer
thanx alot guys

Hmm, front should be ok, rears may need a 3 mm spacer ring. Or, you can go w/ the 10mm One Ton Garage rear spacers and not have to worry about the spacer rings.
I have 17x7.5 w/ +42 offset up front and only rub on hard u-turns, and then its only on the inner plastic fender well, dropped at 2.5 inches and 2 degrees of camber.
In the rear, I have 3 degrees of camber.

I have 17x7 +40, no spacers, no rubbing. You should be ok.

You should be a-okay. I would get rear hub spacers, though.

i plan to drop using goldlines .. so will the 42 offset wheels.. the 10mm hub spacers and the drop cause any problems together ?
will it give me the flush look in the back .. using all the numbers above?
thanx

Should be flush-esque with the spacers. I'm not sure how far you can go out without having to roll the fender lips, but I doubt +32 would give you any rubbing issues.

i just got some katana 18's and they rubbed, i had to slap on 1/8th inch spacers, kinda sucks, but no biggie. as long as the spacer size stays small you dont have to worry about them.

You will be ok. 17x7.5 with that offset are close on the rear lower suspension, but with
the the seven '' wide wheels no problems. The hub spacers from 1tg will make it look better tho . I can't wait to do my mod's but I' m building a new house -- gotta save
