Okay so I have been reading all about PIAA, silverstar, xenon, and a number of other headlight assembly mods. The way people talk about them and replace them makes it sound so easy. Is it? I have very little experience working on cars, but would like to try a mod the headlights. However, I have no idea how to go about getting into the headlight unit. Was wondering if someone could post a "how to" or maybe some pics. Im sure once I get it apart I will be able to put it back together, I just need a starting point.

Oh yeah I did a search and got nothing of use, so please help.

all you need to do is twist the bulb and take it out, I believe if you look in the owners manual it will tell you how to change the headlight bulbs. Just remeber dont touch the glass part of the bulb the oil on your fingers will kill it.

I think i can handle the screwing in part, I need help getting into the unit itself, Of course I havent lokked at the owners manual yet  because that would have been to easy. I guess I'll check that out.

Well, I went with silverstars, the install was like the easiest thing I ever have done. I feel so proud of myself that I was able to do a mod myself. Now that makes 2 mods I did myself, new bulbs and OPX sport pedals :P At this rate I'll be doing a turbo charger install
