he won a no reserve auction on a new 2010 challenger for $29,100, and now the dealer is trying to back out of the sale.

what do you guys think?

hell I think he should get it, just bc it was the dealers fault.

This happened on a Genesis coupe not too long ago too! Tell him to get in touch w/ the media! They will have a field day giving the dealership bad press, public opinion will shift against the dealership and they will cave to save face!

Yea what happened to eBay enforcing sales and purchases as if they were legal contracts??
