Do you mean unplug the harness completely or just the two connections on the fic? So have you had this happen to you?

Where did you tap your aftermarket gauges into?

I ran two seperate fuse panels. One for unswitched and one for switched (I used a fog lamp relay). illumination was tapped into the back of the radio.

Try disconnecting the fuses that power the aftermarket gauges, along with the illumination wire, and see what happens. Something is shorting power back into the system.

I tried that too. I actually took the power for both panels out

Did you try what mike suggested by unplugging the fic harness completely and plugging just your OEM ECU in?

your getting feed back to your ign2, the problem could also be coming from body ecu , the reason i say this body ecu controls power and ground to most components and it also changes from ground to power, in the same circuit. and if ether is applied at the wrong time it will short internally ( it could happen doesnt mean it did)

I checked the chassis ground and it was tight and I got resistance between positive and it so I figured it was ok. Ran a temp ground and problem solved. Now sorting out leaky fittings on aem meth pump but I used some fittings from Sony(my friend is a mechanic there) but I can't get them onto it so I had to run home to get the AEM fittings. I haven't tried to start it yet I needed to come get #s from previous posts for pulse width etc.
