Default Scion tC Lip Kit Prototype Sideskirts (in development)

These skirts are being developed along with a front lip and add on rear skirt.

Thoughts and opinions?

I like the style, just need to see how they line up with the front and rear.

hmmm, naw.

I like side skirts that are straighter from front to rear. Just my opinion.
I really like the Kaminari sides. But I dont like the Kaminari front.
Some of you may have seen the Carbon Touring kit thats on my car,
I like my sides a lot. But I'll be happier when I get the Turbo done so
I can get an intercooler to fill up the mouth. OK now Im just ranting.
Maybe I'll like the sides a little better when I see them painted w/ the
rest of the lip kit. Again, just my opinion though.

I think most people will agree with me, as they did on the prototype front bumper, that these skirts are FUGLY! I think they would look a lot better if you lowered the middle section more and made the blend from the dropped ends less extreme

I would definately like a more straight, cleaner look.

Tell ya the truth, would have to see the finished kit, might give a better representation of what kinda look they are going for.

Instead of taking an existing sideskirt and "adding" to it...why not "create" a brand "new" one?

You'd get much more positive feedback, plus a better looking product...

"Instead of taking an existing sideskirt and "adding" to it...why not "create" a brand "new" one?"

Because we are working on a lip kit that is oem like in styling and we want to cater it to a customer looking for a mild kit.

We build kits for other cars all the time and already have a bad ___ widebody kit for the tC we are just working on something mild on the lip kit project. The skirts have changed dramatically since these pics were taken.

OH! I see now! You should have mentioned what you were going for. I was going to say it is quite bland. But I was comparing it to your widebody kit and some others from Sema. If you are comparing it to the TRD lipkit, I like this one much better!
